    It’s true. I have plenty of friends who exercise a lot but can’t seem to get results as fast. As I wonder why, I thought of seeking answers. Fortunately, I found this book. It explains how important diets are in order to keep healthy and in shape. There’s a lot of information here, despite the short read. So this one will probably need a few good glances if you’re trying to apply the knowledge. Overall, great work
