    More of an informational type book that will provide knowledge of different types of diets and lifestyles, but I wouldn’t all it a “diet book” except that it does talk about diets and lifestyles. For example, counting calories vs. not counting them. Atkins diet vs. others. You can gain some useful information, but much is common sense and what we’ve heard. If you’re someone who wants more information about different types of diets, you’ll find this book helpful. It’s all about changing your eating and lifestyle habits.

    For a healthy and economical lifestyle this is the perfect book for you. It provides accurate guidelines to help you identify the areas of your life that must be adjusted in order to gain that healthy you. Whether it is sleep patterns, quantity and quality of things consumed or any other attributes that affects health there is absolutely no turning back after you have begun the journey with this book. To top it off I must declare that I was pleased by the construction of the information provided in this book. I have learnt so much about dieting and it was an interesting boost which makes it easier for me to continue health wise.

    “Ultimate Guide to Diets” is a succinct starting place for getting healthy—it doesn’t present a diet plan, but rather prepares you to choose a diet that you can stick for realistic results.

    The book covers bad habits, crash diets, and setting goals and expectations, and then delves into different categories of would-be dieters—from those who are “too busy” to eat healthy to those who have a sweets addiction.
    The categories part of the book is, in my opinion, the most helpful—if you can identify what kind of eater you are, then you can better decide what will work for you and what diet to choose. I’d never thought of stepping back and looking at myself that way before, and it is a value exercise in regard to taking control over meals.

    If you’re not quite sure what diet to start but know you need and want to be healthier, “Ultimate Guide to Diets” is worth a read.
