    I am intrigued by the rise of food-related allergies in today’s society. The fact that more and more folks are having issues with gluten, and other problems likely stemming from processed foods is worth noting. It is for this reason that I was drawn to this book, and especially the section on the dangers of processed foods. Once you read through some of the facts about processed foods outlined in this book, it will start to really make sense why a paleo, or all natural (raw) type of diet could really be a key factor toward better health and living. This book promotes a 21-day (3 week) challenge to get enrolled in a paleo-based dieting regimen. It’s an attractive proposal when you read the benefits associated with this diet and I look forward to beginning my own 21 day challenge very soon.

    The sample food plans and recipe guides included in this set sound delicious and make it seem like an attainable thing to thrive on this type of dieting plan. Well done!

The easier it is, the more people will be encouraged to try it. The more options presented, the higher the hopes that something will work for each individual. I, for one would like to start DASH diet soon. It is worth reading.
