    As a person who is interested in healthy living this book was very useful to me.
    This book will explain to the reader the importance of cleansing the body and the relationship between detoxing and weight loss.
    The book is well written and contains a detailed and easy to follow plan on with which you can detox your body.
    To stick with any diet or eating plan the meals have to be interesting and enjoyable or the dieter will not stick to the plan for very long which is why I also loved the recipe section as the recipes are interesting, varied, affordable and quick and easy to prepare.

    The book has helped me to achieve the optimum health status of my body through weight loss and the whole detox process. I have gained knowledge on the foods that are toxin and how they do affect my body. In order to make rightful decisions, our mind need to be fresh i.e. free from toxins, that is one reason I have learnt from the book. I have also been educated on the ten days diet and some of the foods to avoid during this whole phase. The detoxification recipes are just the best. Having to plan on the proper breakfast, lunch and dinner meals. Let’s keep sound minds in the sound body, grab your copy!

    Another great book by Emma Rose! its alarming to know that for years we have been consuming harmful toxins like pesticides and heavy metals that the build up inside our bodies and eventually cause serious illnesses.

    Emma Rose presents a comprehensive approach towards the 10 day detox course to include not just what you eat but what you expose yourself to as well. helpful also is her discussion on preparing to detox which I havent heard of in other articles about detox. of course the biggest problem is knowing what to eat and what not to eat and you can find encouraging recipes in the book as well.

    Surprisingly, she doesn’t recommend that a person undergoing detox should starve themselves. And thats good news to me!
