    The book offers a lot of valuable information on superfoods and healthy recipes. I really liked the smoothy recipes. I am definitely including them in my diet. The author also shared his weight problem and health issues and how he was able to deal with them through superfoods diet. I found this to be a good reference guide to healthy eating.
