    This is another great book by Jessica Robbins,she has written that through the consumption of super foods one can burn fat and essentially lose weight. I learnt a lot from this book , foods such as chocolate, avocados, green teas and almonds are excellent foods to trim the fat, they also have more than one benefit such as a brain booster. I highly recommend this book !!!

    Weight Loss is a practical guide that offers interesting steps to help you lose weight. Along with discussing superfoods that may help you along the way.

    I like the fact the author writes in a personalized zone. I did find however there are a few syntax issues that interrupted the reading flow. Simpler word choice will eliminate this.

    Bottom line is, there’s plenty of pointers in this book to support weight loss. I recommend you read this book and see what you can learn!

    I feel like I dictated this book to the the author because it includes everything I would put in a book like this!!! It has the foods to eat and why they should be eaten; nutritional values; recipes and menus. The only other piece of information I would have liked to be included is why one cannot eat grapefruit if taking antidepressants.
    So buy with confidence and enjoy. If you are like me, you won’t mind missing all the bad food you should avoid.

    Oh, by the way you can have DARK CHOCOLATE for a snack!!!

    I didn’t realize there was a name for it but I’ve been doing “clean eating” for a while. That is to say that I’ve been avoiding processed foods and have been eating fresh and natural foods.

    With over 60 recipes to choose from, it is quite easy to plan your week and make up your own meal plans. Here one I made today: Hearty Vegetarian Soup, Greek Isles Salad, Orietal Spring Rolls, Penne Pasta with Chicken, Golden Brussels Sprouts and Strawberry Crumble. Yum.

    With easy access to all those processed foods out there, it helps when you can put together meals that are fairly straight forward, good for you and most of all delicious. I found this to be the case with this Clean Eating Cookbook by Donna Caesar. There’s plenty of great ideas for salads, appetizers, and desserts that I think are perfect for when entertaining guests or even if it’s just the family. So far I have cooked the Hearty Vegetarian Soup, Chicken Stew, Pork Fettucini & Hedgehog Mushrooms, Flounder Fillets with Lemon & Chive Herbs, Curried Vegetable Rice, and Lemon Dessert Crepes, which I love. Can’t wait to get through the rest!
