    This book will enable its readers to eat clean foods for the whole 28 days. The author explains the true meaning of clean as opposite of the word dirty. Clean here means that the food you eat is good for the health. It does not let you eat processed or junk foods. It can wholly be done when you follow a routine provided by the book. I love the idea it provides and I guess if you religiously follow it and not get tempted, this book is very effective as you start living a healthy lifestyle.

    Such a great and handy book. If you’re looking to do some clean eating and eat healthy food that can reduce weight, this is the book for you. I’ve been looking for a book like this. This is the best one I’ve seen so far. For 28 days, this book will guide you on a step by step process to lose your bad habits and help you be successful in clean eating. Gives you a lot of great ideas on which meals to make.

    The book provides a 28 day plan for eating clean. Eating clean is described as using common sense and sound nutritional science when choosing the foods eaten. This book was written to provide a basis to get started in changing one’s diet by offering recipes with a 4 week plan. The book also provides advice on reading labels, eating out, grocery shopping, and help in incorporating this into daily living. The daily meals consist of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. There is also a list of snacks that can be eaten once or twice during the day. The chapter gives all the ingredients needed from the pantry and a shopping list for convenience. The recipes are all based on the items listed from the pantry and little grocery needs. Thus, the recipes are simple and sound easy to prepare. Each one provides a prep time and a cooking time. They also provide the calories, fat, carbohydrate, fiber, cholesterol, which is most appreciated.
