    I ordered this book through her website and with that comes an online membership that you pay once and then have access to her whole site forever. So that’s probably the best way to buy it. The book itself has a lot of good information and I think you’re paying for the intellectual property she is presenting. She’s a nutritionist by trade so all the information she is presenting to you is exactly how she would present it in a session (I imagine this is her thinking). It’s pricey, but I will say that after doing South Beach, Weight Watchers, HCG, Paleo, Whole 30, and having two kids in the process…this has been the only REALISTIC, non-hungry lifestyle diet I have run across. It is absolutely doable and she does all the hard work by presenting meal plans for you. I’m not super impressed with the recipes, but that isn’t really a big deal, because all the meal suggestions in the meal plans are delicious. The recipes are just there if you need them. You can prepare the protein or the veggies with whatever herbs/flavors you prefer. I feel like there is a good amount of wiggle room in this diet so it’s something you can stick with. Also, she factors in one cheat day a week. So, there you go. If you’ve tried it all, give this a shot because you will feel so good and so energized. If I really follow the meal plans within in a day, my blood sugar never crashes. I never get tired mid-day and for me, that is so motivating, not to mention the weight you are losing, but honestly, that’s become secondary. I’m just thankful to feel so good and to have freedom from food addiction. I recommend this plan, but I’d get it through the website so you have access to the online resources. Don’t be put off by all the offers she throws at you on the website, just decline it and get on to the info in the program, you really don’t need much more. That’s really why I gave it 4 stars. The book layout is not impressive, the website is not well-organized or impressive, things are a bit disorganized within the physical book, but once you sort through all of that, the information she is presenting is worth figuring out. It is literally the only eating plan I have been able to stick with long term.
