Almased Multi-Protein Powder is a 100% all-natural dietary supplement of soy, skim milk, yogurt powder and honey enzymes that provides all essential amino acids and proteins required for a healthy, active body. This stimulant-free program teaches the body to think thin by invigorating the metabolism and preventing the yo-yo dieting that can be so common with other weight-loss programs. Major calorie-cutting associated with other diets slows the metabolism down greatly. Once you resume your old eating habits, the weight returns and you may loose muscle as well. Because Almased is packed with nutrients, minerals and protein, the body does not perceive a lack of nutrition, and it does not try to replenish the pounds lost and thus can burn excess fat efficiently. In addition, people who use Almased have increased energy when they exercise, which greatly accelerates weight loss. Almased multi-protein powder was developed over 20 years ago by Hubertus Trouille, a German holistic scientist. Since its introduction, Almased has become the best-selling weight-loss product in Europe, and is now available in the U.S. It is sold in 17.6-ounce cans and can be mixed with water, juice, or milk and consumed as a liquid for a great tasting summertime smoothie or shake. Almased multi-protein powder contains no fat, no sugar, no fillers, and no ephedrine (and never did). It is also low in carbs, and this program is a nutritious way of doing a low carb, high-protein diet without all the fat. Almased smoothies can be used to replace 2-3 meals a day for those looking to lose weight, or one meal a day for those looking to maintain their existing weight. Almased multi-protein powder is also great for athletes who want to replenish lost minerals and protein during exercise. This is a fast, easy, delicious way to lose weight and keep it off without any adverse side effects. Almased USA believes in all-natural products that improve nutrition, increase energy, and promote a healthy lifestyle.

I often buy this product, and always find it to be as effective as advertised. Any order I have gotten from Amazon and associates has been satisfactory.

Update, June 16, 2015: it’s been 15 days, and 14 pounds. This stuff is an amazing tool. I don’t know if it’s directly responsible for my success, but it IS working like it says it should. I can’t complain. Another interesting thing… Olive oil. It says to use 2 tbs per shake for “essential fatty acids”. I usually don’t and that cuts a lot of calories. But the olive oil adds a wonderful smoothness to the shake. The graininess practically disappeared. Be sure to use a light tasting olive oil. I haven’t actually done the 3-a-day plan yet. When I do, I’ll probably use the oil. That would put your calories for the shakes at about 900-1000 a day. Good to not dip too far below that.

At first, I was “worried” about not eating solids. I thought I would be hungry. The first 3 days were tough, no doubt about it. But after that, I almost preferred the shakes to normal food. My wife is upset with me because I’m loosing way faster than her. (It would really help if she’d lay off the ‘Nutty Buddies’ peanut butter snack wafers). As of now, I’ve pretty much done this slim-fast style… 2 shakes and a meal. The meals haven’t even been “sensible”. Last night was Chinese take-out. Still loosing! Stay tuned…

June 8, 2015: Has worked well for me so far. Been on 2 shakes a day plus a small meal for a week, and have dropped 10 pounds with minimal effort – just a daily 30 minute walk or equivalent effort around the house. The taste is unusual. Its malty, and a little dairy-like. It’s very similar to powdered baby formula. Grainy too, but not unbearably so. It grew on me. I actually kind of like it plain, now. Add some vanilla, a little Stevia, and a dash of cinnamon and you get what they call “cinnamon roll”. Its one of my faves. I will try to update weekly. Going for -40 pounds!!
