    It sounds too good to be true right? But you will never know unless you try it! Another splendid book by Howard T Wilson as always. A lot of his books about weight loss are all proven to be very effective and this one is one of his best weight loss books. 60 days may seem a little long but with the amount of pounds your losing is worth the time and effort. Upon reading this book, I immediately recommended this to my workmate whose struggling to lose some excess weight. He’s already on his 2nd week and I’m seeing results already especially on his waist part. Excited on getting to 60th day to see his full results.     He outlines the worst diets ever.
    Losing weight is summed up when he writes
    “You don’t have to eat less,you just have to eat right.”

    The spelling errors are so distracting! The word is follow, not fallow. The word fallow means plowed land left unplanted so that it may become fertile again. Additionally, import is not short for important unless you’re 12. Import is to bring goods from another place ie They import cars from Japan.
    If the author can’t spell basic words, how is he supposed to give accurate health information?
