    This book was ok. I was done in 5 minutes because it was common sense stuff I already knew, like eating fiber, sleeping, eat healthy fats. That’s common sense, really. No secrets or new information here. But for those completely blind to knowing fiber is good for you, this book may help you!

    This “book” is short – so short, in fact, that it reads more like a pamphlet. That said, all of the information contained inside is basic, tried-and-true methods of healthful eating that can help aid in weight loss. In the beginning of the book, it mentions “if you’re too busy to exercise,” but I think the writer would have gotten a more empathetic response if it mentioned something along the lines of physical limitations due to age, limited mobility or disability (I couldn’t help but notice a prior reviewer and their pro-exercise soapbox). Short length aside, I did learn something new from this booklet. It’s an easy-to-read, easy-to-understand beginner’s guide to eating well.
