    If you read the review and think this sounds too good to be true, it’s because it is. Actually, I was looking for a way to lose belly fat WITH exercise, but I found this on my search and it seemed great. But here’s the thing: the seven “foods” you’re not supposed to eat are actually seven ingredients, and even that is stretching it. White flour and white rice counts as one “food”, all sodas and fruit juices count as another. White salt is one. Seriously. White salt is a food? The others are artificial sweeteners, sugar, trans fats (anything fried) and saturated fat (like beef and dairy.) So you do the math – how many foods include some combination of flour, rice, salt, sugar, or fat? A LOT! And yes, I know this isn’t rocket science, but I guess I didn’t need to spend eight dollars to be told to stay away from this stuff. I thought it would be a lot more specific, and more doable.

    That said, there is still good advice in here, and I am planning to use a lot of her tips. Just know what you’re getting into when you buy this book. It’s not the easy fix she makes it sound like.

    I have read JJ Smith’s book on losing Belly Fat. I am delighted with the book. Not only does Ms. Smith tell you what not to eat but
    why and how to prepare foods (through normal household cleansing) if you cannot afford Organic foods (sometimes a little pricey).
    I love the idea that Ms. Smith gives us choices and why. Eat this but balance it with that…try this and if that doesn’t work with you (because everyone is not the same) try this. I love it. The first time I have ever read a book that was so informative and easily to following regarding getting rid of BELLY FAT WITHOUT EXERCISE. Couple this book with Ms. Smith’s 10 Day Green Smoothie Cleanse and not only will you look good but you will FEEL good.
