    The 4-Minute Fat Melt Secret from author Donna Bainton is a short and concise exercise guide to rev up your metabolism and burn fat.
    I liked that she includes exercises for people at all fitness levels. I sadly need to start out with the 2-minute mini workout for the couch potato!
    Donna says that any activity is better than none and I agree. I love her positive attitude and approach to getting healthy.

    If you’re looking for an extremely long book with tons of medical data backing the authors views on raising your metabolism this isn’t the book for you.
    If you are, however, searching for a quick read with specifically targeted advice to get you moving get this book!
    Ms. Bainton also has a website, Lose Weight with Donna, and facebook page dedicated to weight loss.
