    Awesome book on slimming down your body AND getting amazingly fast results! I was able to drop 10 lbs VERY FAST using the techniques and advice outlined in this book! It really does work well! I also found that if you take the advice and techniques and tune them a little so they work more long term then you can keep using them to keep losing weight PAST the 17 days. And the techniques work well long term to chage your habits so you keep the weight off!

    Definitely check out this book if you want to lose weight! FAST

    Best part, this book is realistic. If you want to lose weight in a short period of time and keep it off, give this book a try. I lost 6lbs. Need I say more My favorite part was the recipes. After all, you are what you eat. This book was a great purchase if I may say.
